I have had this happen on multiple printers before, and Google hasn't helped so far, figured I would ask you all while I continue my search. I have lowered security to zero, on both the Security and Privacy tabs and have even allowed unsafe things in the Advanced section. I am unable to use java to use interactive puzzle from puzzles. I have updated Java, went into the Java control panel Security tab Added the printers IP address to the exception list. If you have a Java application that won't run this might be the fix you need.
